Coming home to more of who you are.

Perhaps the journey is less about becoming
someone new, and more about meeting more fully
the person who is already here.

Hi, I'm Katja

I am endlessly curious about what makes us who we are.

About the patterns we carry, the ways we protect ourselves, the wisdom held in our bodies, and those moments when something within us quietly asks to be seen differently.

That curiosity has shaped both my own journey and the work I now offer.

I am a Therapeutic Coach and Embodied Processing Practitioner, but my work has gradually grown beyond the boundaries of coaching alone. My own spiritual exploration, my connection with Light Language, and my deepening relationship with shadow work have shown me that meaningful inner change doesn't always happen through understanding alone.

Sometimes we need to understand.

Sometimes we need to feel.

Sometimes we need to listen to the body.

And sometimes we need to make space for something we cannot quite explain, but can nevertheless experience.

Radiant Within is where these different ways of knowing are allowed to meet.

Why Radiant Within?

I believe there is something within each of us that remains inherently whole.

We may lose our connection with it. It may become obscured by old experiences, protective patterns, expectations, fear or the many ways we have learned to adapt to life.

But it doesn't disappear.

For me, inner work is therefore not about relentlessly improving ourselves or trying to become more "healed", more spiritual or more evolved.

It is about becoming more willing to meet what is already here.

Shadow work helps us turn towards the parts of ourselves we may have pushed away, hidden or learned to judge.

Somatic awareness invites the body into the conversation.

Light Language offers another way of listening and receiving — one that does not depend entirely on the thinking mind.

Different doorways. The same inner world.

And beneath them all is an invitation to come into deeper relationship with yourself.

How we meet in my Nurturing Bubble

This is a space where
all of you
is welcome.

Curiosity, not judgement

There is usually a reason a pattern, belief or response developed. Rather than asking “What's wrong with me?”, we become curious about “What is happening here — and what might it be trying to show me?”

Compassion for the shadow

Nothing needs to be pushed away. Even the parts we struggle with can carry something worth understanding.

Listening to the body

Our stories don't live in our thoughts alone.
We make room for what the body may be communicating too.

Room for the mysterious

Not everything that is meaningful needs to be understood intellectually. There is space for intuition, energy and resonance.

Your pace. Your choice.

Nothing needs to be forced, revealed or achieved.

My path here wasn't a straight line

I didn't begin my working life imagining that one day I would be accompanying people through shadow work, nervous-system exploration and Light Language.
I originally trained as an aircraft mechanic.

Life took me through very different worlds after that — becoming a mother, spending many years as a foster carer, studying psychology and counselling-related subjects, and eventually training in Therapeutic Coaching, trauma-informed practice and Embodied Processing.

Throughout all of it, one question kept returning:
What makes us who we are?

Living alongside people with very different ways of experiencing the world taught me that human beings are far too complex to be reduced to a behaviour, a label, a difficult experience — or even a story we tell about ourselves.

My own inner work taught me something equally important: we can understand ourselves incredibly well and still find ourselves returning to the same patterns.

That is one of the reasons my work has become increasingly integrative.

Radiant Within grew from that meeting place – where psychology and spirituality,
mind and body, shadow and light can sit alongside one another.

Spiritual – and grounded

My spiritual work doesn't exist separately from my professional background.

I am trained as a Therapeutic Coach and Embodied Processing Practitioner, with additional training and study relating to trauma-informed coaching, psychology, counselling skills, EFT and emotional and mental wellbeing.

That grounding matters to me.

It influences the way I approach shadow work, the way I facilitate Light Language spaces, and the importance I place on choice, curiosity, pacing and integration.

There is room here for the psychological and the spiritual. For evidence and intuition. For the body and the mind. For the shadow and the light. For your humanity and your mystery.

And ultimately, this isn't really about me.

It's about what happens when you begin to meet yourself differently.
When a familiar pattern becomes something you can witness rather than automatically follow.
When a part of yourself you once judged begins to make sense.

When your body becomes something you listen to rather than override.
When your spirituality has room for your humanity.
When the parts you have kept in the shadows no longer need to remain quite so hidden.

Perhaps your radiance isn't something you have to find.

Perhaps it is what becomes more visible as you make room for all that you are.
