Light Language reflection groups
WHO IS IT FOR?
Anyone who wants to take some time for themselves, wants to explore their inner world, and comes with an open heart can participate. If you are new to Light Language or have experienced it already, this is a chance to connect to your soul while listening to it.
Light Language can help change our frequency, contribute to healing, and connect us on an energetic level.
WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?
In about 75 minutes, you will have the chance to ground yourself before listening to a live Light Language transmission from me.
There will be a different intention for every meeting.
Afterwards, you will get time to reflect on what you have received from the transmission. To assist you with that, there will be 2 - 3 journaling prompts.
Depending on the group size, there will also be time for sharing your experience in the main group or in small breakout groups.
At the end, there will be a short meditation.
Light Language Immersion
If you purely want to absorb the energies of Light Language, these events are right for you.
Upon arrival, you will have the chance to get settled and enjoy a short relaxing meditation or visualisation.
After that, I will state the intention of the day again and connect to any spirit guides, angels, archangels, and my higher self, asking for assistance in helping with the intention.
Your job is to simply trust that you will receive whatever is needed for you that day.
Shadow work events
Shadow work is an invitation to explore the parts of ourselves that we may have hidden, rejected or learned to overlook.
In these workshops and circles, we create space for self-awareness, understanding and integration.
Rather than trying to fix ourselves, we approach our inner world with curiosity, compassion and a willingness to embrace more of who we are.
